Why should you learn Spanish?
For some, this question may require a simple answer. If you have to learn Spanish for work or school, then there’s no way around it, but what about those who are on the fence between Spanish and another language? If you just want to learn a language, you might not have a preference and need a deciding factor. The Spanish language has many advantages and positive aspects.
It’s easy to learn
Spanish is a pretty basic language and is one of the easiest to learn if English is your first language. It uses nearly the same alphabet, with a couple new letter variations, which means you don’t have to learn a new alphabet.
Also, the verbs aren’t too difficult. At first, you might get intimated by the verb conjugation, but you’ll get used to it. It might seem harder than English, but English verbs are actually a lot harder. There are rules to English verbs just like Spanish, but there are many more exceptions.
It’s easy to pronounce
The most difficult you will have with Spanish pronunciation is with rolling your Rs. Other than that, it’s very easy to pronounce. It might take a little while to remember to pronounce all the vowels and to place emphasis on the words with accents, but you will get it.
Even if you can’t pronounce it perfectly, you will be understood. Still, you won’t have nearly as much trouble as you would with other languages.
It’s widely spoken
With many languages, you have to be in a particular region and country in order to use the language. If you never visit that country and you never speak with anyone that knows the language, what’s the point of learning it?

Spanish is a beautiful language. It is easy to learn, pronounce, and spoken almost everywhere, but it’s also fun to speak. While learning Spanish you will have fun and be able to impress your friends.
If you are simply looking for a second language to tackle or trying to learn as many languages as you can, you should include Spanish.
